The 3rd of 3 DEMO models from an International Advertising Agency has been received here in our Indiana facility this morning.
It is Metallic Silver paint with a Red leather interior and a Black Convertible top and side curtains.
It has 790 kilometers on the odometer and, like the last 2 received from them, shows virtually no wear and tear. It appears that this unit was sparingly used.
It is equipped as follows:
1.9 liter 90hp engine, twin carb Twin tip exhaust 4 Speed Transmission with 3:88 ring and pinion ProStreet Transaxle upgrade (it can handle larger engines, no issues) 4 Chrome Road Wheels w/ Kumho 165/80/15 Tires Aero Driver's Side Mirror AM/FM/CD Radio w/ 2 speakers and hidden antenna Full Tonneau Cover (Black) Body side molding Delete option (can be added) Lower A/C Valence only w/ chrome outlets, leather covered. This is truly a one time event here. We will never again have a company purchase well equipped Speedsters and, after over a year, offer them back in virtually new condition. All we can say is that these must have been used for photography purposes, and have been very well cared for. Their loss can be your gain.
We will go over this car from bumper to bumper, checking everything, and will tune, time, change the oil, set the valves, and road test tomorrow. We can add options to make this Speedster exactly what you want, just ask.

This DEMO Beck Speedster was used at the Auburn Fall Festival this past August, and has since served as our demonstrator model here at the USA assembly facility. It has participated in 2 local shows and has approximately 50 miles on the odometer.
It is "as new", full warranty, and in excellent condition. It is equipped with the standard features that make a Beck Speedster the choice of discerning Speedster owners. These include the 3" tubular chassis, hand laid fiberglass body, leather interior, floor mats, steel frame convertible top, front disc brakes, and more.
It is also equipped with the following optional items:

It is GT Silver Metallic with a Chocolate leather interior, carpeting and convertible top. This is a new color combination for us, and was borrowed from the 2008 Carrera GT2 optional color chart at the local dealer. Beautiful, and #1 of 2 cars done in this color combination this year.

2000 Beck 550 Spyder Red/Black Built by Chuck Beck New Engine
For sale is a 2000 Beck Spyder 550, built by Chuck Beck. Chassis number 581 This car is Indio Red with a black leather interior. Black top and side curtains. The car is located in Villa Rica, GA and is being offered for sale by the current owner. Current owner is the 2nd owner and has had the car for approximately 3 years. Odometer shows approximately 21,000 Km. Garage kept and well maintained.
Interior is stock, with the addition of some custom cut diamond plate floor mats over the factory carpet. Also added on the center tunnel are 3 additional gauges in pods. CHT, Oil pressure, and Oil temperature, which are not currently hooked up, but could be very easily.
Exterior is stock, with the addition of a new set of black leather bonnet straps. Stock Mangels 4 bolt chrome wheels with center caps. Standard front disc/rear drum brake set-up.
This spyder has the original Michelin XZX 165/15 front and spare tires with newer Potenza RE92 195/65/15 rear tires.
Overall condition is good. Shows typical signs of wear for a spyder of its age and mileage. Some visible wear on the driver's side seat bolster, where the top attaches, and a few assorted stone chips here and there. A few small hairline cracks in the gel coat (under the paint, but not in the glass itself) behind the rear license plate.
Rancho performance transxale.
Engine is BRAND NEW with approximately 500 miles of break in. Break in oil was just changed and valves adjusted. The new engine was spec'd by Chuck Beck and Pat Downs (engine builder at CB Performance). The engine was personally assembled by Chuck Beck, this Spring, at his shop outside Villa Rica. 2054cc (74x94), forged H beam rods, Pat "secret" grind cam (same one he used to win the enigne builder's shootout), mini wedge port heads, dual Weber 48IDF carbs, 10:1 compression. Chuck does not have a dyno, but Pat estimated the Hp between 150-160 and says the engine will pull 8500-9000 RPM!! (although it has never seen that).
Custom ceramic coated exhaust with Supertrapp mufflers is currently installed. Also comes with a new stock exhaust system.
Car is titled in Georgia as a 1955 Beck Spyder. In Georgia, cars older than 1968 do not geta new title issued, they just use registration and a bill of sale. They did not want to old Oklahome title either, which the current owner still has.
This car is VERY well sorted and runs like a scalded ape!
