In General Terms:
The BECK SPYDER 550 - an accurate reproduction of the 1955 550 Spyder. mid-engine racing car. It can best be described as a 4 wheeled motorcycle. Light, agile, and very quick. A no frills exciting ride. Take her out on a clear day and have a ball. The options for this product are primarily aimed at increasing the detail and authenticity. It is available in the traditional air cooled engine, or watercooled version also.
The BECK SPEEDSTER, by comparison is a more civilized, possibly daily cruiser. It can be fitted with many options and creature comforts including A/C, a sound system and much more. Take your BECK Speedster and a weekend's worth of supplies and travel to your favorite getaway, or just drive it as a second car for fun and enjoyment. Available air or water cooled.
The BECK 904 - pure adrenaline pumping race car for the street. 911 powered, mid-engined coupe capable of 0 to 60 in 4 seconds. Can be somewhat civilized inside, but is primarily a very special product, for a very decerning clientele.
Each one is a purely customized build to satisfy the desires of the client. It is significantly more expensive than either the BECK Spyder or Speedster. There is limited information here on the site primarily because we are too busy building these to fill the current demand as it is now. It is best to call for details. Starting at $60K for a roller.
LEVELS OF COMPLETION:
We offer 3 levels of completion for the BECK Speedster and Spyder. They are referred to here as a DELUXE BODY PACKAGE (DBP), a ROLLER PACKAGE, and all of our products are available TURN-KEY. The BECK 904 is available as a ROLLER, less engine and gearbox, or completed to your specifications.

The Beck Speedster® and Spyder are built using a 3" DOM tubular chassis.
Several IMPORTANT benefits are derived from incorporating a "purpose built" chassis into our products. These include: retaining the original cars' spacious foot well areas (not crowded toward the center as in the VW bellypan version), a great improvement in torsional rigidity, and much better handling with a more solid feel.
The Best Paint Process All Beck products feature a base coat/clear coat Sikkens paint job, applied in "state of the art" Italian down draft paint booths.
Sikkens is generally regarded as an industry leader in paint, and has been an OEM finish on such marques as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and VW.

All Beck products are made using only the highest quality resins and are 100% hand crafted. The entire lamination procedure is done by skilled craftsmen with more than 20 years of experience making Porsche replicas. This procedure, while much more expensive, removes excess resin and allows us to create a straight, lightweight body with superior strength characteristics.
