I purchased the 550 Spyder from Duke's Garage, it did arrive last week in Ohio and I have put already approx. 100 miles on it.
Great ride! I am very surprised about the smooth handling and relatively comfortable suspension in comparison to my BMW Z4.
But also the engine sounds and performs is quite nicely.

I purchased my '57 BECK Speedster second hand from an owner in Florida. I've been driving it about two weeks and i am very impressed with the workmanship and quality of Beck. I almost bought a speedster replica made from a vw floor pan and am so glad i didn't. Beck's tubular frame is built to last and both the body work and paint are flawless. The interior finish is very detailed true to original '57 speedsters.
I can't believe the looks and questions I get when I take her out for a spin. She is a real head turner and everyone seems to love her cute, sleek looks. What a bargain getting a classic sports car that sells for upwards of $200,000 if you can find one, for a fraction of the price. I feel very lucky to have found a car like this and I plan on keeping her a long long time. In closing i would recommend you buy a BECK Speedster, put down the top and go cruising. You won't be sorry.

Just a short note to tell you how pleased I've been with the
Speedster. We had a spell of good weather and I was able to put about
250km on it over a couple of days. I found the car delightful and I plan
my time around making sure that when the weather's nice I find time to
drive it.
The car is a delight. A real head
turner and the sound is perfect....just throaty enough to provide a
sound of good power yet not overwhelming and hard on the ears.

Hi Kevin and Carey,
A beautiful Porsche Speedster arrived this afternoon. It was
prettier than the pictures! It started up immediately and, since it was
raining, we didn’t want to take it out for a drive other than down my
driveway to the garage….a distance of about ¼ mile so I did get it into
second gear!
I’ll send you a second report once the rain stops and
I get a chance to really drive it. But, wow, it’s a work of art.
Thank you for your superb customer service. You answered all
of my crazy questions, followed up with calls to make sure the car was
arriving, and, most of all, have put together a very special vehicle.
I am a delighted customer.

Recent eBay feedback from the sale ofa used 2006 BECK Speedster with 11000km. The purchaser had us add bumper guards and a few additional items to make it just what he wanted. Sold for $24,900.00 plus changes.

I feel like a rock star every time I drive it.
There’s truly not another car on the planet that I wanted more
than this and you guys made my dream a reality and actually exceeded my
expectations.
The execution is amazing. In all of photos that I poured
over on the internet while I was waiting for the build to complete (and making endless
spec changes) I never saw one, real, or replica, that is it’s equal.

Kevin, I just wanted to let you know that of the 5 cars in my garage, including 2 classic Mercedes, and an '09 Cayman, the BECK Speedster is by far the one that gets the most attention.
When I first got it the plan was to keep it on the second level, but now it resides on the lower because of the amount of time we enjoy driving it and the attention it gets! It runs like a dream and is sooo much fun. Thank you for making such a quality product.

I put about 30km on it after that including a good stretch of 2
lane country road with a 55 speed limit. I drove it at 100 to 110
km/hour and it really handled like a dream...straight as an arrow with
no vibrations and nice quick steering. I could have been behind the
wheel of my wife's 2007 911...very inmpressive. Yesterday I put the
top up and wanted to see how the A/C would work down here in the
summer. The triple layers top makes this car feel (and cool down in 95 degree weather) like a coupe! Wonderful!

I purchased Beck Speedster® # 356.000.XXX two years ago and I'm having a blast driving my speedster. I looked and drove 2 dozen different speedsters before I purchased this one and none of the others hold a candle to the Beck Speedster®.
The quality, workmanship and fit and finish is outstanding. The 3 inch tubular frame design is far superior to a VW pan. As far as I am concerned the Beck Speedster® is not a "kit car", it is a manufactured vehicle that is a replica that stayed true to the original Porsche design and look. Most folks can't tell if it is an original Speedster, even the hard cores.
So job well done, my hats off to you folks at Beck, and thanks for the perpetual smile I have when driving my Beck!!

I have the Harvest Moon Beige Speedster I bought at Dynamic Motorsports. I recently went to 2 car shows. One was last weekend at the Old Ohio Reformatory in Mansfield, OH. We entered our car in the reproduction class and won.
This past weekend I entered in the Porsche-2-Oxford Show in Oxford, Ohio which is sponsored by the Mid-Ohio PCA.
There were 234 cars registered for the show. Our car was voted one of the best 25 cars in the show with no particular order of best to worst. Later in the evening one of the officials of the club told me that our car recieved the 2nd or 3rd most votes of any car there. A red Beck 550 spyder was also selected as one of the best 25 cars. Even Porsche people were telling me if I hadn't of told tell them it was a reproduction, they would not have known.
Thanks for a great product, I promote you guys to whoever will listen.
